Our ground floor facilities are wheelchair friendly, with disabled access to our surgeries and spacious waiting area. We regret to inform you that we currently do not have toilet facilities for the disabled, but our friendly reception staff are happy to provide alternatives upon request.

We're delighted to welcome new patients to our practice, and we've recently introduced a new Independent Patients registration to make the process even easier. All new patients receive a comprehensive practice information leaflet and are booked in for a full dental examination to assess their current level of oral and dental health. We believe that prevention is better than cure, so we also provide tailored dental advice to help you look after your teeth and prevent future dental disease.
Our practice is happy to accept new Independent patients of all ages and backgrounds, from infants to the elderly.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for patients displaying abusive, aggressive, or violent behavior. We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment for all of our patients, and we take our responsibility to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our patients very seriously.
We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously and all personal information is treated in the strictest confidence. However, from time to time we may need to release dental records to Leicester City NHS or the NHS Business Service Authority as part of our ongoing clinical review process. We will try and contact you before releasing your dental record.
